Welcome to ANAYAKSH  Store, an online bookstore operated by ANAYAKSH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “our”, “us”, or the “Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://anayakshstore.com (the “Site”), our digital book products (“eBooks”), and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any eBook, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.

1. Definitions

• “Content” means all eBooks, text, images, covers, audio, fonts, metadata, and other materials made available through the Services.
• “eBook” means a digital publication sold or made available on the Site, in formats such as EPUB, PDF, or MOBI.
• “User”, “you”, or “your” means any person who accesses the Site or purchases an eBook.
• “Order” means a request placed by you to purchase one or more eBooks through the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use the Services or make a purchase. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it updated.

3. Your Account

Certain features, including your personal library, downloads, and order history, require an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration details and keep them up to date.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share your account with any other person.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@knowviastore.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any suspected security breach.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. We may refuse registration, or cancel an account, if we reasonably believe the details provided are false, misleading, or fraudulent.

4. Digital Products, Availability and Delivery

• Formats. eBooks are supplied in the format stated on the product page (for example EPUB, PDF, or MOBI). It is your responsibility to ensure that your device or reading application supports the format before purchase.
• Delivery. Because our products are digital, no physical shipping takes place. On successful confirmation of payment, the eBook becomes available for download from your account or is delivered to the email address registered with your account, normally within a few minutes.
• Download access. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, you may download a purchased eBook a reasonable number of times from your account. We recommend that you retain a personal backup copy of any eBook you purchase.
• Availability. Titles, editions, and prices may change, and eBooks may be withdrawn or become unavailable at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular title will remain listed.
• Accuracy. We make reasonable efforts to describe each eBook accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, previews, metadata, page counts, or excerpts are free of error. If an eBook does not materially match its description, your remedy is set out in Section 8 (Refunds and Cancellations).

5. Orders, Pricing, Taxes and Payment

• Order acceptance. Your Order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm the Order and make the eBook available to you. We may decline or cancel an Order where a title is unavailable, where a price or description error is evident, or where we suspect fraud or misuse.
• Pricing. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice; the price shown at the time you place your Order applies to that Order.
• Payment. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• Failed or duplicate payments. If an amount is debited but the Order is not confirmed, or if you are charged twice for the same Order, contact us at support@knowviastore.com with the transaction reference. Verified duplicate or failed-transaction amounts will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed in your jurisdiction in addition to the price shown, where applicable.

6. Licence Grant and Permitted Use

When you purchase an eBook, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and read that eBook for your own personal, non-commercial use. You do not acquire ownership of the eBook or of any intellectual property rights in it.

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Download and read the eBook on your personal devices; and
• Keep a personal backup copy for your own use, where the format and applicable law permit.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, upload, publish, or transmit any eBook or part of it to any third party, including on file-sharing services, social media, messaging apps, or torrent networks;
• Sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, sub-licence, or otherwise commercially exploit any eBook;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, watermark, digital rights management (DRM) protection, or proprietary legend;
• Circumvent, disable, or attempt to circumvent any DRM, access control, or security measure applied to the Services;
• Use any eBook or Content to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine-learning or generative artificial-intelligence model; or
• Use automated tools to scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract Content from the Site.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of your licence and account, and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to:

1. Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
2. Infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of authors, publishers, or any other person.
3. Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or misleading content.
4. Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected networks.
5. Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
6. Use the Services for any fraudulent purpose, including the use of stolen payment instruments or chargeback abuse.
7. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site or its software.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Because eBooks are digital products that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once an eBook has been downloaded or accessed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and consent to the immediate supply of digital content and to the loss of any statutory right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply.

Notwithstanding the above, we will provide a refund or a replacement where:

• You were charged but the eBook was never delivered to your account or email;
• You were charged more than once for the same Order;
• The file is corrupt, unreadable, or materially different from the product description and we are unable to supply a working copy; or
• A refund is required by applicable Indian consumer law.

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase by writing to support@knowviastore.com with your Order number and transaction reference. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days; banking timelines may vary. Refunds are not available for change of mind, accidental purchase after download, or where a refund would breach the terms of the applicable licence.

We may cancel an Order at any time before delivery, in which case any amount already paid for that Order will be refunded in full.

9. Intellectual Property

All eBooks, covers, images, text, illustrations, trademarks, logos, and other Content available on https://anayakshstore.com are the property of their respective authors, publishers, or ANAYAKSH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED, and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any ownership or intellectual property right in the Content. Subject to the limited licence granted in Section 6, no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any manner without our prior written permission or that of the relevant rights holder.

If you believe that any Content on the Site infringes your copyright, please notify us at support@knowviastore.com with details of the work, the allegedly infringing material, and proof of your rights. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removal of the material where warranted.

10. Reviews and User Content

You may be able to submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute it in connection with the Services.

You represent that you own or control all rights in your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms, any law, or any third-party right. We do not endorse User Content and reserve the right to edit, moderate, or remove any User Content at our discretion. We may also use User Content to improve our catalogue and recommendations.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable Indian laws. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in that policy.

We retain order and account records for as long as necessary to provide the Services and to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, or services that we do not control. Such links are provided for convenience only, and we are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and that third party, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies before use.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, abused the Services, or infringed the rights of authors, publishers, or other users.

On termination, your licence to access purchased eBooks may be revoked without refund where the termination results from a material breach of these Terms. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any eBook will be compatible with your specific device, software, or reading application. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian consumer law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANAYAKSH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services or any eBook, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the eBook or Order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Indian law, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ANAYAKSH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services or any eBook; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

We encourage you to contact us first at support@knowviastore.com so that we can attempt to resolve any concern amicably. Subject to the grievance-redressal mechanism in Section 18, any dispute that remains unresolved shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi, India.

18. Grievance Officer and Consumer Complaints

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints relating to the Services. Complaints may be submitted using the contact details set out in Section 21 (Contact Us). We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 15 days, and in any event within one month from the date of receipt.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, or legal requirements. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date and will take effect from the date of posting. Material changes may also be notified by email or by a prominent notice on the Site.

Your continued use of the Services after any change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the Services.

20. General Provisions

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policy referenced on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and us.
