1. Digital Delivery

All eBooks and other digital products purchased through https://anayakshstore.com are delivered digitally to your registered email address or account. Download links or access to the purchased content become available after successful payment confirmation, in most cases immediately or shortly after the order is placed (please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines).

No physical shipment is involved. Because eBooks are digital products that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once an eBook has been downloaded or accessed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and consent to the immediate supply of digital content and to the loss of any statutory right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply. 2. Refund and Cancellation

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds or cancellations are generally not permitted once the download or access link has been issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind or accidental purchase after download.

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

• You were charged but the eBook was never delivered to your account or email;
• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payments made in error);
• The file is corrupt, unreadable, or materially different from the product description and we are unable to supply a working copy;
• A refund is required by applicable Indian consumer law.

Requests for a refund must be raised within 7 days of purchase by writing to anayaksh0432@gmail.com, quoting your order number and transaction or payment reference. Where a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days; banking timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.

We may cancel an order at any time before it is delivered, in which case any amount already paid for that order will be refunded in full.

3. Failed or Delayed Access

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchased eBook due to network, device, or email delivery issues, please contact our customer support team at anayaksh0432@gmail.com with your order details. We will assist in re-enabling access or re-issuing the download link as feasible. Please also check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

4. Technical Requirements

Users are responsible for ensuring they have compatible devices, suitable reading applications, sufficient storage space, and stable internet connections to access digital content. eBooks are supplied in the format stated on the product page (for example EPUB, PDF, or MOBI). ANAYAKSH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for failures to access content arising from user-side device, software, storage, or connectivity issues. Our support team will nonetheless make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing genuine technical difficulties.
